Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative professional who can take ownership of the design process — from concept to final delivery — while guiding the team to maintain high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned visuals. This role requires both hands-on design expertise and the ability to oversee and organize the team’s workflow effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the design team and ensure smooth workflow across all creative projects.
• Plan, assign, and review design tasks to maintain timelines and creative standards.
• Provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and support to designers when needed.
• Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to develop campaign visuals, branding assets, and social media creatives.
• Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, client requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on deadlines and importance.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the creative output fresh and innovative.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of professional design experience with proven ability to lead or coordinate a creative team.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organization, and team coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
