Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: Lead the finance function for the APAC Region of Honeywell Connected Industrials “HCI”. Partner with the regional general manager to drive orders and revenue management for the APAC region Ensure that all financial activities adhere to local and international regulations and standards Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes Implement cost control measures across the organization to drive efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures Drive financial acumen and accountability across the region for the HCI business Drive key performance measures Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years finance experience Excellent leadership and team management skills WE VALUE Experience working in a matrix organization Strong and effective oral and written communication skills Able to work both independently and collaboratively with the business as a team member Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvement About Us Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
