Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection. Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Utilize recruitment tools, job portals, and social media to enhance sourcing capabilities. Employee Engagement & Retention: Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity. Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement activities to understand employee concerns and foster a positive work environment. Develop initiatives for employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion. Support internal communication efforts, including newsletters and recognition programs. HR Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding materials, and policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist in maintaining employee records, HR databases, and confidential information. HR Tools & Technology: Utilize MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for HR analytics, reporting, and presentations. Design creative employee engagement and communication materials using Canva and other digital tools. Leverage HR software and platforms to streamline HR processes. Training & Development: Assist in planning and organizing training programs for skill development and career growth. Coordinate with external trainers and internal stakeholders to facilitate learning sessions. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, engagement, and documentation. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements . Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and designing tools like Canva . Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
