Senior Change Management Specialist

How You Will Contribute

• Perform change management assessments and demonstrate expertise in change management methodologies and process improvement.
• Develop and execute actionable deliverables for core change management activities: Stakeholder management, Communications & Engagement, Change Impact Assessments, Resistance Management, Business Readiness, Training Plans and Benefits realization.
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists and senior leaders.
• Integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, from sponsors to end users.
• Track and report issues, providing strategic solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to the organization as they move through change.
• Guide junior change management specialists.

What you will need to be successful

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Psychology or Certification in Change Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative, be hands-on and result driven.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on engagement and effective communication.
• Team player exhibiting collaboration, excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills and Experience

• In-depth familiarity with change and project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Experience in supporting large-scale change initiatives.
• Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
• Consulting experience.
• SAP experience will be an added advantage.
