Job Description

Role Overview:

·      The Sr. Executive social media & content is responsible for executing and managing the brand's social media strategy to increase online presence, drive engagement and enhance customer loyalty. The role involves creating platform-specific content, analysing performance, and staying ahead of trends to ensure the brand stays relevant and impactful online.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning

·      Develop a comprehensive content calendar and execute the brand's goals and campaigns.

·      Identify platform-specific tactics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

 

Content Creation & Curation

·      Collaborate with design and creative teams to publish engaging and brand-consistent content.

·      Manage UGC, influencer collaborations, reels, stories, contests and live sessions.

 

Community Management

·      Respond to comments, messages and mentions across platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

·      Monitor sentiment and customer feedback and escalate issues to relevant teams.

·      Build brand affinity through meaningful online interactions.

 

Analytics & Reporting

·      Track KPIs like reach, engagement, followers.

·      Analyse data to improve content and engagement strategies.

·      Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Rankkly.

 

Trendspotting & Innovation

·      Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, hashtags, and viral formats.

·      Test and adopt new features (e.g., Instagram Threads, YouTube Shorts, AI content tools).

 

Collaboration

·      Work with Marketing, PR and creative teams to align social efforts with broader brand goals.

·      Coordinate campaigns with agencies, influencers or franchise partners.

 

Key Skills:

•       Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.

•       Ability to interpret engagement metrics and derive actionable insights.

•       Excellent copywriting, caption writing and storytelling skills.

•       Brand tone and voice consistency across platforms.

•       Creativity and attention to detail.

•       Crisis management & conflict resolution on social platforms.

•       Time management and multitasking.
