Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple café outlets within a designated area, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. The role involves managing staff, conducting regular site visits, implementing sales strategies, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Area Manager will also be responsible for training and developing team members, resolving customer issues, and achieving business targets.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in operational management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Ability to execute sales strategies and monitor inventory effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues promptly
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
