Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Digital & Social Media, based in Gujarat, India. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning and executing media campaigns, developing digital strategies, managing social media marketing, and overseeing digital media and marketing efforts. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our digital presence. Qualifications Experience in Media Planning and Digital Strategy Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Media management Knowledge of Digital Marketing Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work on-site in Gujarat, India Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience in the F&B industry is a plus

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple café outlets within a designated area, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. The role involves managing staff, conducting regular site visits, implementing sales strategies, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Area Manager will also be responsible for training and developing team members, resolving customer issues, and achieving business targets. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in operational management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Ability to execute sales strategies and monitor inventory effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues promptly Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
