The Assistant Manager will be responsible for planning and executing media campaigns, developing digital strategies, managing social media marketing, and overseeing digital media and marketing efforts. The role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our digital presence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple café outlets within a designated area, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. The role involves managing staff, conducting regular site visits, implementing sales strategies, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Area Manager will also be responsible for training and developing team members, resolving customer issues, and achieving business targets. The role involves creating platform-specific content, analysing performance, and staying ahead of trends to ensure the brand stays relevant and impactful online. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning · Develop a comprehensive content calendar and execute the brand's goals and campaigns. · Identify platform-specific tactics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Content Creation & Curation · Collaborate with design and creative teams to publish engaging and brand-consistent content. · Manage UGC, influencer collaborations, reels, stories, contests and live sessions. Community Management · Respond to comments, messages and mentions across platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. · Monitor sentiment and customer feedback and escalate issues to relevant teams. · Build brand affinity through meaningful online interactions.
