Sr. Executive - Marketing

• Experience in outdoor marketing activities as well as digital marketing.
• Sales generation through existing database and generation of new leads.
• Coordinating with the on-site team.
• Optimize landing pages, websites, and page content
• Develop and implement digital customer acquisition campaigns.
• Track and monitor the progress of campaigns; ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
• Monitoring, planning, and handling efficiently various events such as Bhoomipoojan, Project Handing Over, etc., and entire coordination for the same. Vendor management for all such activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Presales, Finance, and operations teams to plan and execute the marketing campaigns and activities.
• Executing and monitoring the marketing & promotional strategies for ongoing as well as upcoming projects of the company.
• Coordinating with Marketing and Advertising agencies and ensuring that all the updates related to social media sites are executed in time.
• Brand Building/Awareness on Digital Medium Experience in Real Estate

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum qualification is graduate with at least 4-5 years of experience in the real estate/ Construction industry / Ad agency.
• Technical skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, social media
• Websites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Post-Graduation or Masters in Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage.
• Strong Communication skills; written as well as verbal.
• Confident, self-starter, and presentable personality.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and a pleasing, outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and complete the activities in a stipulated time frame
• Possess good leadership ability as well as the ability to work as part of the team.
