Job Description

The candidate will have to manage customer orders from leading bearing manufacturers and effectively communicate with the CFT team members to produce the parts and arrange timely dispatch to achieve the customer OTD and satisfaction.
Regular activities include such as

Order reconciliation and review
Order booking.
Warehouse planning.
Orders alignment with the plant.
Order acknowledgement and delivery confirmation to the customer.
Dispatch planning.
OTD monitoring.
Weekly shortfall analysis.
Proactiveness to avoid customer escalation.
Monitory sales and inactive parts.
