Role Overview

What You Will Do
  • Set the long-term vision and operating model for the UX practice, including capability roadmap, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Lead experience strategy engagements, shaping end-to-end customer journeys, service blueprints, interaction models, wireframes, and enterprise design systems.
  • Define and enforce UX delivery standards through frameworks, playbooks, governance models, and design quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with DXP, Front-End, Mobility, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver cohesive, omnichannel digital experiences.
  • Build and manage large, distributed UX teams and cross-functional pods spanning research, design, content, and design systems.
  • Own UX presales responsibilities including solution definition, estimation, proposals, storytelling, and client presentations.

  • Drive adoption of design thinking and customer-centric practices across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee practice economics including utilization, pricing strategies, billing, and margin optimization.
  • Develop reusable UX accelerators such as design systems, journey libraries, accessibility frameworks, and usability toolkits.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in senior client and executive-level discussions.



Experience & Profile
  • 14–20 years of experience in UX and experience design, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large design organizations (40–200+ professionals).
  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale UX for digital transformation initiatives in complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong foundation in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and design systems.
  • Proven experience designing omnichannel, mobile-first, and DXP-led customer experiences.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders across technology and business teams.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (B.Des / M.Des) with specialization in User Experience, Interaction Design, or Digital Design.
