Legal counsel - senior manager

Job Title: Senior Manager Legal Counsel (UK & EU Regulations) Location: Greater Noida / Hybrid About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Legal Professional with strong expertise in UK and EU regulations , especially TUPE , DORA , GDPR , and EU-AI Act . The ideal candidate will have a sharp legal mind, proven experience in drafting and negotiating licensing and service agreements , and a confident hand in handling legal aspects of RFPs and vendor contracts . This role is central to supporting our global business operations, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across client engagements, and driving contract excellence in alignment with commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including licensing agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and master service agreements (MSAs). Manage and oversee legal documentation and compliance for RFP responses , bid defense, and client onboarding. Provide actionable legal guidance on TUPE regulations during M&A or outsourcing transactions across the UK and EU. Interpret and ensure alignment with GDPR , DORA , and EU AI Act requirements in all contractual obligations and service delivery models. Work closely with internal teams (sales, HR, compliance, delivery) to address legal risks, ensure smooth transitions, and support client communications. Liaise with external counsel in the UK/EU as needed for legal opinions or dispute resolution. Track and incorporate legal/regulatory updates impacting IT services and digital transformation contracts across Europe. Required Qualifications & Skills: LLB or LLM from a recognized institution; UK law exposure preferred. 712 years of post-qualification experience in legal roles with a focus on IT services or digital transformation industries. Strong understanding of TUPE , GDPR , DORA , and EU-AI regulation . Demonstrated experience drafting legal contracts and supporting large RFPs/RFIs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing, global delivery environment.
