Post Qualification Experience:

3 - 5 years

Work Experience with Law Firm: At least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience with Tier 1 law firm(s)

Description:

We are seeking talented and motivated lawyers with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate, Mergers Acquisitions, and Private Equity matters
The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a top National Law University (NLU), hold a Company Secretary (CS) qualification, and have prior experience working with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills are essential for this role
