Job Overview

Seeking a driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and daily social media management for luxury real estate marketing. Candidates must excel at campaign coordination, digital ad optimization, and creative storytelling—delivering measurable business results for luxury property brands.

Key Performance Areas

Strategic Foundation

• Apply precise micro-targeting: segment audiences by demographics, income brackets, geo-fencing around project locations, and remarketing high-intent prospects.
• Align all campaign elements—from audience selection to custom landing pages—with core conversion goals.

Creative Excellence

• Meta: Craft emotion-driven, lifestyle-centric ad creative that showcases the dream of luxury living—not just the property.
• Google: Target high-intent keywords using compelling copy and ad extensions to capture ready-to-buy prospects.

Data-Driven Optimization

• Ensure flawless pixel setup, conversion tracking, and CRM integration from day one.
• Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, calls-to-action, and landing pages; incremental improvements can yield significant CPL gains.
• Strictly comply with advertising and real estate regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily social media content across all platforms.
• Manage Meta account operations, lead generation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and adjust strategies to exceed ROI targets.
• Ensure creative and campaign compliance with Meta Special Ads policies.

Success Metrics

Success for this position will be measured by:

• Cost per qualified lead (CPL)
• Lead-to-conversion rates
• Return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Campaign efficiency and scalability.

Salary: ₹30000 and above (based on skills & experience)
