About the Role-
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Media Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations and manage deliverables for the Air New Zealand account. The ideal candidate will work closely with on-shore teams, ensuring all digital campaign setups, performance, and reporting meet the highest standards of accuracy and excellence. This role requires accountability, adaptability, and strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibility-
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all activities related to the Air New Zealand account.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setups across digital platforms.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with clients and key partners, maintaining strong communication and timely updates.
  • Oversee digital media operations and liaise with multiple teams across markets including Singapore, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
  • Prepare and execute advanced media plans, handle budget allocation, and generate EOC (End of Campaign) reports with actionable insights.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized approach to campaign management, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and manage cross-functional workflows involving stakeholders such as Singapore Airlines (SQ) and Tourism New Zealand (TNZ).
  • Ensure data accuracy across all reporting and analytics dashboards.

Required Skill Set-
  • Strong working knowledge of digital ad platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google DV360, CM360, and Google Data Studio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to design and execute comprehensive digital media plans with a focus on ROI and performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple market nuances and collaborate with international teams.
