Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to drive data-driven marketing strategies and optimize digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media analytics, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization. This role requires deep analytical skills, the ability to interpret marketing data, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies using SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and audience behavior using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Monitor and optimize ROI for digital marketing campaigns, identifying growth opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign performance.
• Generate data-driven insights and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to improve user experience and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and CRM platforms
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, data analytics, and digital attribution models.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
