Senior RPA Developer

with expertise in

Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)

and

UiPath

to design, develop, migrate and optimize automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in RPA development with hands-on experience with Power Automate Cloud flows, Desktop flows, and AI Builder.
UiPath exposure and having knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework
Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, Python, SQL, and REST APIs.
Knowledge with Power Apps, AI/ML, Gen AI, Azure services would be a plus
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices for automation delivery.
Develop and maintain Power Automate Cloud flows and Desktop flows for business process automation.
Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
Connect automation solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs).
Implement AI-driven automation using Power Platform AI Builder and UiPath Document Understanding.
Guide junior developers and review their code for best practices.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data governance, and security policies.
Establish reusable components and frameworks for automation.
Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows for efficiency.
Provide ongoing support as needed and enhancements to deployed automations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
