This role demands a creative professional who can translate client needs and brand ethos into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling workspace environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in commercial office design, strong technical skills, and the leadership to drive projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead the conceptualization and development of comprehensive design proposals for managed office spaces. Align all design strategies with client requirements, brand guidelines, and functional objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (projects, sales, marketing) and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee the preparation and review of technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance using AutoCAD and other tools. Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles in all design work. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple design projects concurrently. Present design concepts and materials to clients and stakeholders effectively. Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and innovations to enhance design outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial interior design, with a focus on office/workplace projects. Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD ; familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel is essential. Strong understanding of commercial design standards, ergonomics, space planning, and workplace strategy.
