Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager – Residential & Commercial to lead our sales initiatives in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, managing a team of sales professionals, and contributing to overall business strategy across both residential and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals in both residential and commercial segments.
    Lead and manage the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing training and support.
    Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and channel partners.
    Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with market trends and pricing.
    Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
    Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to real estate sales.
    Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    5+ years of proven sales experience in real estate, with a strong track record in both residential and commercial segments.
    Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Strong understanding of the local real estate market and legal regulations.
    Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
    Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

MBA or relevant certifications
