Job Description

We are urgently looking for a young and experienced Executive Assistant to our leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, Attention to detail, Proactive, Adaptability, Tech Savvy, Energetic, Logical thinking, Maintain high level of confidentiality, Problem solver and handle multiple assignments assigned.
Executive Assistant (EA) JD given below:
    Age Criteria: 24-30 (Max)
    1+ Experience in corporate operations
    Hyderabad Based applicant only
    Male or Female
    Any Industry experience is fine
    Fresher also can apply (Good Communication and Vocabulary Skills)
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. They should be well organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
    Managing an extremely active calendar
    Drafting and maintaining confidential correspondence
    Arranging complex and detailed travel plans
    Business development support
    Ability to take initiatives and work independently with professional discretion
    Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications at levels
    Demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support
    Research, prioritize and follow up incoming concerns and queries
    Build and maintain professional relationships to leadership team
    Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for business needs
    Maintain smooth communication between Corporate Office and all departments
    Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies and conducting market research
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other business suits will be added advantage.
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and prepare detailed sales reports
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the coworking or real estate industry is a plus
