Sr. Client Servicing Executive

JOB PURPOSE:

- A client servicing executive supports clients by providing creative suggestions, answering

questions, and responding to the concerns. They're the front line of support for clients and

they help ensure that clients are satisfied with event services and layout.

2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Attend leads from all venues, take down the briefing and make the first call to

client

● Confirm the first briefing and plan the first meeting with the client

● Explain the company’s profile, portfolio, and understand clients’ requirements

● Discuss the in-house themes as well as current trends with the client

● Ideation and research as per the client requirement

● Develop a customized presentation for the client

● Make quotation for the client in coordination with in-house quotation maker as

well as the Head of Department

● Be updated with the current trends of the market and research about the same in

detail

● Finalizing the budget & theme and other client requirements

● Post submission of the quotation, follow up with the closing of client

● Search for artists, if required and provide quotation for the same

● Delegate the project to respective project head and keep clear communication of

requirement, making the client’s vision clear

● Maintain relationship with the clients

● Involve in event planning and keeping a check on the target cost for the same

● Continuous follow up on event execution as per the client’s vision

● Maintaining good relationship with stake holders

● Strictly following the set of SOP’s proposed by company for Client service

executive

● Reporting to top management

● Any other work given by top management

3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Team Members, Head of department, Founder etc.

External: Clients ,Vendors, Venue ,Artist etc.

Education Graduation/ MBA in Management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
