Sr. Client Servicing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sr. Client Servicing Executive who can act as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role requires strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, timely deliveries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to manage campaigns, projects, and deliverables.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and status updates with clients.
• Coordinate with creative, content, design, and performance marketing teams for smooth workflow.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (Social Media, SEO, Paid Ads, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically while managing operational details.
