Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Client Servicing Executive, your main responsibility will be to act as the liaison between clients and the creative team, ensuring that every event reflects the client's vision seamlessly. You will be managing client relationships, brainstorming creative concepts, and overseeing flawless event execution with a strong focus on satisfaction, communication, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Attend leads from all venues, take client briefings, and initiate the first contact call. - Schedule and conduct client meetings to comprehend requirements and showcase company capabilities effectively. - Explain the company's profile, portfolio, and service offerings clearly to clients. - Brainstorm and research innovative concepts, themes, and trends based on client needs. - Create customized presentations and creative proposals for clients. - Collaborate with the quotation and design team for budget finalization and proposal preparation. - Stay updated with current market trends, artists, and vendor offerings. - Finalize budgets, themes, and key event deliverables in coordination with the Head of Department (HOD). - Proactively follow up post-quotation submission for closure and conversion. - Coordinate with project heads to ensure clear communication of client requirements. - Cultivate strong client relationships and facilitate smooth project handovers. - Supervise event planning and ensure adherence to target costs. - Continuously monitor event execution to align with client expectations. - Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders including vendors, artists, and venues. - Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company protocols for client servicing. - Provide regular reports to top management and contribute to the overall client strategy. Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate/MBA in Management or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client servicing, events, or experiential marketing.,
