Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Client Servicing professional who can lead key accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive end-to-end campaign execution. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project ownership, creative understanding, and smooth coordination across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Strategy

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing/creative strategies.
  • Present campaign ideas, reports, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Lead the execution of digital, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Create detailed project timelines, deliverable trackers, and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with creative, design, performance, and production teams to ensure seamless output.
  • Ensure all work aligns with client expectations, brand guidelines, and quality benchmarks.

Communication & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly/monthly reports with performance insights.
  • Resolve client escalations quickly and tactfully.
  • Document briefs, communication trails, and maintain organized project records.

Team Leadership

  • Guide junior account executives/executives and help develop their skills.
  • Provide clear briefings, feedback, and direction to cross-functional teams.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or brand management roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategy, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach.
