Business Development


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Drive sales for both IT services and software products by engaging with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to create customized proposals and impactful presentations.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct market analysis to track industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent Techera at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build brand authority.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales and marketing KPIs to guide strategic improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  • Contribute to marketing content, including case studies, product brochures, and thought leadership material.


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development within the IT/software domain.
  • Demonstrated success in selling IT services.
  • Strong understanding of software development and emerging tech trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
