Sr. Business Development Executive

As a Sales & Client Management professional, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This includes prospecting for new clients, building relationships, and generating leads through various channels. You will also be expected to manage key client relationships by nurturing existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Negotiation and closing sales deals will be a crucial part of your role. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and finalize agreements in a manner that benefits both parties. Additionally, you will be required to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
