As our Senior Brand & Marketing Designer, you’ll lead the development and execution of compelling brand assets across digital, print, and experiential channels — helping us stand out, stay consistent, and connect with our audience at every touchpoint. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end design of marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media assets, ads, presentations, event materials, and more. Maintain and evolve the brand identity across channels and teams, ensuring visual consistency and excellence. Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate messaging into scroll-stopping visuals. Lead the design execution for product launches, GTM campaigns, and key moments across the funnel. Manage and mentor freelance designers or junior creatives as needed. Work with motion designers, copywriters, or agencies where applicable. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communication design — ideally in a startup, SaaS, or agency environment. A sharp eye for layout, typography, color, and detail — and the ability to scale that taste across formats. Meticulous attention to detail, balanced with the ability to execute at speed when needed Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign work, social media creative, landing pages, and branded collateral. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools. Understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and how design influences awareness, engagement, and conversion. Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight timelines — with autonomy and confidence. Bonus Points & Other Considerations Motion design or video editing skills Experience working with performance marketing or growth teams Familiarity with Webflow, Canva, or CMS platforms Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology branding Show us your work, your thinking, and what gets you excited to design.
