LTFinance is looking for SR BRANCH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, billing questions, and general support.
Listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner.
Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
Stay updated on product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards to meet or exceed performance targets.
