Job Description

Sr

Key Responsibilities

Prepare
running account (RA) bills
and
final bills
for client submission.
Assist in
subcontractor and vendor billing
based on work progress and approved measurements.
Take
quantities from drawings
and prepare BOQ, abstract sheets, and quantity reports.
Verify site measurements and ensure accuracy in billing data.
Prepare and maintain
reconciliation statements
for materials, quantities, and work orders.
Coordinate with
site engineers, planning, and accounts departments
for data collection and certification.
Support the
Senior Billing Engineer / Project Manager
in preparing reports and documentation for internal and client reviews.
Maintain all records related to
billing, drawings, and work progress
.

Qualification and skills

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(mandatory).
10 years of experience in
billing, estimation, or quantity surveying
in civil / infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of
BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP / Billing software.
Good understanding of
construction drawings and site execution processes.
Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
