Position: Sr BDA / Acting Team Leader 📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana | 🕒 Full-time | 🕒 Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday Off) 💼 CTC: ₹3–4.5 LPA (based on experience) 🏢 Company: Wayspire Edtech Pvt Ltd. Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior BDA / ATL (Acting Team Lead) who can independently manage their sales pipeline while also stepping in to lead the floor in the absence of a Team Lead or Manager. This role is performance-focused with a clear 3-month roadmap to ATL, followed by an opportunity to step into a Team Lead role within the next 3 months based on performance. Key Responsibilities: 🎯 Sales & Conversion ● Proactively connect with inbound and self-generated leads through calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. ● Understand the learner’s goals and pitch relevant programs with high conversion intent. ● Ensure CRM hygiene, daily call targets, and maintain an active pipeline. 📈 Lead Generation ● Independently generate high-quality leads through organic platforms such as: ○ LinkedIn outreach ○ Instagram promotions ○ Referrals and alumni connects ○ Campus ambassador coordination 👥 Team Support & ATL Duties ● Step up to manage the sales floor in the absence of the Team Lead or Manager. ● Guide junior BDAs, resolve objections, and help push conversions forward. ● Maintain daily discipline, performance tracking, and reporting in collaboration with management. 📊 Target Ownership ● Achieve individual monthly revenue targets. ● Assist in driving team targets when acting as ATL. ● Share weekly insights on leads, objections, and feedback for performance improvement. Eligibility & Career Path ● 2–3 years experience in sales (edtech preferred). ● Excellent communication, ownership, and mentoring ability. ● Strong desire to grow into team leadership roles.
