Position: Sr BDA / Acting Team Leader ๐Ÿ“ Location: Gurugram, Haryana | ๐Ÿ•’ Full-time | ๐Ÿ•’ Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday Off) ๐Ÿ’ผ CTC: โ‚น3โ€“4.5 LPA (based on experience) ๐Ÿข Company: Wayspire Edtech Pvt Ltd. Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior BDA / ATL (Acting Team Lead) who can independently manage their sales pipeline while also stepping in to lead the floor in the absence of a Team Lead or Manager. This role is performance-focused with a clear 3-month roadmap to ATL, followed by an opportunity to step into a Team Lead role within the next 3 months based on performance. Key Responsibilities: ๐ŸŽฏ Sales & Conversion โ— Proactively connect with inbound and self-generated leads through calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. โ— Understand the learnerโ€™s goals and pitch relevant programs with high conversion intent. โ— Ensure CRM hygiene, daily call targets, and maintain an active pipeline. ๐Ÿ“ˆ Lead Generation โ— Independently generate high-quality leads through organic platforms such as: โ—‹ LinkedIn outreach โ—‹ Instagram promotions โ—‹ Referrals and alumni connects โ—‹ Campus ambassador coordination ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Team Support & ATL Duties โ— Step up to manage the sales floor in the absence of the Team Lead or Manager. โ— Guide junior BDAs, resolve objections, and help push conversions forward. โ— Maintain daily discipline, performance tracking, and reporting in collaboration with management. ๐Ÿ“Š Target Ownership โ— Achieve individual monthly revenue targets. โ— Assist in driving team targets when acting as ATL. โ— Share weekly insights on leads, objections, and feedback for performance improvement. Eligibility & Career Path โ— 2โ€“3 years experience in sales (edtech preferred). โ— Excellent communication, ownership, and mentoring ability. โ— Strong desire to grow into team leadership roles. Career Growth Plan at Wayspire: โ— โœ… Sr. BDA โ†’ ATL in 3 months based on revenue + discipline KPIs. โ— โœ… ATL โ†’ Team Lead in 3 additional months, with full team management authority.
