Sr. Back Office Executive

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat

Qualification: Min Bachelor’s degree

Timing:

• 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Day)

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English Speaking is Mandatory.
• Experience in Real Estate & Finance Work
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain property listings and update CRM/MLS systems.
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including P&L and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, etc.).
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and reports.
• Track and record daily financial operations and maintain ledger accuracy.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing lease agreements, sales contracts, and other property documents.
• Coordinate property transactions including tracking deadlines and documentation.
• Handle tenant and vendor communication for non-sales queries.
• Manage filing systems for legal and property documents (physical and digital).
• Support property management in budgeting, rent tracking, and invoice processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
