Job Title: Senior Auditor
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SeniorAuditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a CA Intermediate or MBA inFinance with at least 10 years of experience in auditing within a manufacturingcompany. As a Senior Auditor, you will lead and perform audits of financialstatements, review internal controls, and ensure compliance with relevantregulations. You will also supervise junior auditors and play a key role in preparingfinancial reports and statements.Key Responsibilities:∙Lead and conduct audits of financial statements, ensuring compliance withaccounting standards and regulations.∙Review and evaluate internal controls, processes, and financial reportingsystems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.∙Supervise and guide junior auditors, providing training, support, andleadership throughout the audit process.∙Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards,including tax and financial reporting requirements.∙Prepare and review financial reports and statements, ensuring they areaccurate, timely, and in accordance with company policies.∙Audit payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in compensation, benefits, and taxcompliance.∙Oversee audits related to various financial areas including taxes, purchases,and returns.∙Collaborate with management to provide insights and recommendations forimproving financial controls and processes.∙Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards,and changes in relevant laws and regulations.Skills and Qualifications:∙CA Intermediate or MBA in Finance.∙Minimum of 10 years of experience in auditing within a manufacturingcompany.∙Strong understanding of financial statements, auditing principles, and internalcontrols.∙Experience leading and supervising audit teams.∙Proficiency in tax laws, payroll audits, financial reporting, and complianceprocedures.∙Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
