Job Description

Hi,

We are hiring for the ITES Company for the Record to Report - Reconciliation Profile.

Key skills

Minimum 1 year experience in Record to Report (R2R).
Experience in Handling
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
,
Intercompany Reconciliations
, and
GR/IR Reconciliation
Hands-on experience with
SAP ERP

Perform end-to-end
Record to Report (R2R)
activities including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
Prepare and review
journal entries
such as accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
.
Prepare and maintain
SLA reports
and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
Resolve accounting queries and escalate issues as required.
Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and Internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support beyond defined role boundaries when needed.
Ensure all SLAs are met with high accuracy and quality standards.
