Since then, we have become a leading global provider of business process and technology management services offering an integrated portfolio of analytics-driven back office and customer-facing solutions that support the entire customer life cycle.Database Deployment & Management:Design, deploy, and maintain robust Oracle DB’s in production and staging environments.
  • High Availability:
Configure, manage, and monitor Data Guard Oracle DB’s to ensure automatic failover and minimal downtime.
  • Performance Tuning:
Monitor database health, analyse performance, tune queries, and optimize indexes to ensure peak performance.
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Develop and automate backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes that meet compliance and business requirements.
  • Observability & Alerting:
Integrate, configure, and manage DB to ensure proactive monitoring and alerting of database health and performance.
  • Collaboration:
Work closely with DevOps, engineering, and data teams to support application development, deployment, and incident response.
  • Security & Compliance:
Implement and maintain database security policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations such as PCI-DSS.
  • Documentation & Best Practices:
Document architecture, processes, and best practices; mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

Any Degree with following Experience -
  • Experience:
5-7 years’ hands-on experience as a Oracle DBA, with a track record of supporting production environments.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced expertise with Oracle DB administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Data Guard for high availability.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with database schema design.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Ansible) for automation.
  • Cloud:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

Preferred

  • Experience with database migrations, upgrades, and integration projects.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience managing data privacy and compliance requirement
