Job Purpos

eThe Associate Manager – Employee Exit Management will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining the employee exit process for airline staff. This role ensures compliance with organizational policies, accurate and timely processing of dues, and proper data management within HR systems like SuccessFactors. The position requires close collaboration with Payroll, HR COEs, and other stakeholders to provide a smooth, professional, and compliant offboarding experience

.Key Responsibilitie

sExit Process Managemen

  • tManage and conduct end-to-end exit formalities including clearance checks, documentation, and settlements
  • .Ensure timely completion of exit checklists across departments (IT, Admin, Finance, etc.)
  • .Respond to employee queries regarding exit procedures and policies

.Payroll Coordinatio

  • nProvide final settlement inputs to Payroll (notice pay, leave encashment, and other dues)
  • .Validate exit-related financial data prior to payroll submission

.HR Systems & Data Managemen

  • tMaintain and update exit records in SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms
  • .Prepare reports and dashboards on attrition, exit trends, and compliance metrics

.Stakeholder Collaboratio

  • nPartner with HR COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to address exit dependencies
  • .Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to meet regulatory or contractual requirements

.Continuous Improvemen

  • tIdentify and resolve process gaps in exit management workflows
  • .Contribute to automation and digitization initiatives to enhance the offboarding process

.Qualifications & Experienc

  • eBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • .4–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the airline or aviation sector
  • .Proficiency in SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
  • .Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance related to employee exits
  • .Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
