LOCATION: Andheri, Mumbai

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced accountant with Degree in Accountancy/ B.Com/M.Com/ MBA Finance Semi-Qualified CA, for our company's Senior Associate position in Accounts and Finance. The candidate should have accounting knowledge with 3 to 5 of experience in tally book-keeping/accounting, Preparation of Financials, MIS Reports, TDS, GST, RBI and other statutory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate posting of journal entries.

·       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

·       Prepare monthly MIS reports for top management.

·       Preparing workings for filing returns to RBI.

·       Manage reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor ledgers, and intercompany balances.

·       Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.

·       Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).

·       Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.

·       Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

·       Support fixed asset management, depreciation calculations, and inventory accounting.

·       Review accounts payable and receivable reports to ensure accuracy and timely action.

·       Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

·       Stay updated with accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS) and changes in financial regulations.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

·      Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations

·      Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Winman, QuickBooks, or similar)

·      Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

·      Meticulous, analytical, and able to work under pressure.

·      Experience with general ledger functions

·      Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
