Job Description:

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide timely, accurate and quality MIS reports, dashboards to the external & internal stakeholders of account(s) as per the defined process and standards of security and compliance

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data integrity.
Good communication skills for presenting insights.

Data Collection & Management
- Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources (internal systems, reports, and external datasets).
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.

Data Analysis
- Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and generate actionable insights.
- Validate data integrity and reconcile discrepancies.

Excel Automation
- Develop and maintain Excel-based tools using formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
- Create and optimize macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

Data Visualization
- Design clear and interactive dashboards using Excel charts or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau if applicable).
- Present insights in a visually compelling manner for stakeholders.
