Sr. Analyst-IT Support

In Security and Compliance, your role will be to keep Meritto safe and sound. Your day will involve monitoring

systems, implementing protocols, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards to protect our clients

and business.

A day in this role:

● Implement and Configuration Network Like Firewall’s and NAC Devices, Radius Server Switches and

All Supported devices in Network for Secure Infrastructure

● MDM Solution like policies, patch and device management projects.

● DLP Solution like e-data recovery, keywork optimised.

● EDR, XDR and MDR Solution knowledge on experienced level.

● Sophos Firewall Policies VPN creation.

● MDM evaluation and configuration.

● Data disaster Recovery and Tool knowledge on deep basis.

● NAS Server Configuration and Deployment.

● LDAP and Radius Implementation and integration with multiple SSO

● Hands on Experience for create Tunnels and Secure VPN for all Over the clients

● Support the development and implementation of network security and IT infrastructure policies.

● Analyse resource utilization to optimize system performance.

● Monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance issues.

● Help manage network and system security to ensure compliance with company policies.

● Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.

● Collaborate with the IT team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

● Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and assist in implementing system protection measures.

● Assist in maintaining documentation for the network and managing software licenses.

● Support the upkeep of hardware, software, and network components. Contribute to establishing and

enforcing security policies to protect company information and resources.

● Manage inventory of IT assets and assist in the administration of VPN accounts. Collaborate with

vendors and support contract negotiations to meet service level agreements.

What we are looking for:

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in IT

● Networking Certificate like CCNA,CCNP,MCSE etc.

● Security Certification like CISM and OEM Related certificate like Sentinel, JC and O365,GWS,AWS,

Azure many more.

● support, with a focus on antivirus and firewall solutions (McAfee, Seqrite).

● Good understanding of managing VPN accounts, including Open VPN or third-party vendors

(e.g., Accops).

● Familiarity with inventory management of IT assets. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting

skills.

● Extensive knowledge of major operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux).

● Understanding of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems.

● Experience with network administration (Cisco certification is a plus).

● Familiarity with managing on-premises servers, SAN, and NAS devices. Knowledge of software

platforms including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Azure Cloud is a plus.

● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
