Job Description

Skills and Competencies

10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a global financial services or technology environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Concur).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization.
Familiarity with corporate governance and board-level communications.
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Commerce, Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination across time zones.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Serve as a liaison between the MD and senior leadership, board members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate executive communications, including email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
Track and follow up on key action items and deliverables across multiple teams and business units.
Support the MD in preparing for board meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the MD.

We support global insurance and reinsurance clients in underwriting, portfolio management, and risk transfer. We specialize in exposure data analysis, catastrophe modeling, and loss distribution insights.
