Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Sr Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Moody's Investors Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and databases with up-to-date information.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Perform data entry and other clerical duties as required.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role with excellent organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with database management and record-keeping systems.
