Job Description

Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions within the hospital. This role requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

2. Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills, invoices, and other financial obligations.

3. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.

4. Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial analysis.

5. Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and improve financial performance.

7. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

8. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a healthcare setting.

3. Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.

4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and hospital financial management.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, accounting software).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
