Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management in financial decision-making through accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Oversee bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and fund flow statements.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary data and explanations.
• Monitor budgeting and expense control in coordination with departments.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review.
• Support year-end closing and coordinate with auditors for finalization of accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.50 - ₹45,394.00 per month
