Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our financial transactions related to sales, purchases, dispatch, and transportation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, logistics coordination, and proficiency in Tally and Excel.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management:

• Record and manage all financial transactions related to sales and purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare financial statements and reports using Tally ERP software.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Dispatch & Transportation Coordination:

• Coordinate with the dispatch team to schedule and monitor deliveries.
• Manage transportation logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Maintain records of dispatch schedules, transportation costs, and delivery confirmations.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Utilize Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports.
• Implement VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other Excel functions to streamline data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in accounting roles, preferably with experience in logistics or dispatch coordination.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing logistics and transportation accounting.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Baddi, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
