Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant/Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.

Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Monitor and manage cash flow and budgeting processes.

Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CA certification preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
