Job description Gender: Male/Female CTC: upto 6 LPA Experience: into manufacturing firm (10+ years) Qualification: Mcom/MBA in Finance/CA Skills: Complete Accounting Knowledge Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, Reconciliation, GST, TDS, TCS Ability to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance managers. Knowledge on Import /Export documentation  Implementation knowledge of ERP systems desirable Experience in leading a team and working closely with the Organization’s Leadership/Executive teams is essential Commitment to mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to Organization’s mission A proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who in partnership with the CFO, will take up the responsibility for finance. Hands on Experience with Advanced Excel Job Description: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Candidate will be responsible for overseeing of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. The position will lead all day-to-day finance operations and supervise a team of staff members. It will hold functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Audit/GST/TDS/TCS ensuring complete accuracy in each transaction Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization. Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and programme budgets and actual expenditures Maintains sufficient funds by forecasting fund requirements and obligations. Coordinating with CO CA and ensuring all due dates are met IN Time. Consistently analysing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status.
