## Job Summary:

As a Senior Accountant, you'll oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting business decisions.

## Responsibilities:

- *Financial Reporting*: Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- *Accounting Operations*: Manage general ledger functions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- *Compliance*: Ensure adherence to accounting principles, laws, and regulatory requirements.

- *Financial Analysis*: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- *Team Management*: Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.

## Requirements:

- *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- *Certification*: CPA certification preferred.

- *Experience*: 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

- *Skills*:

- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
