Senior Marketing Support Executive (US Client | HubSpot | CMS | Independent Execution) Location: Hyderabad – Office-Based (FinAcct Delivery Center) Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday) – Full overlap with US Central Time Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are hiring a self-managed, execution-focused Senior Marketing Support Executive to support a US-based client in the Customer Experience and Technology industry. This is a high-responsibility, office-based role for someone who has handled multi-tool digital marketing tasks and can work independently in a client-facing capacity. The selected candidate will act as the primary offshore marketing contact, executing daily activities across CRM, CMS, social media, and creative materials while aligning with the client's brand and timelines. You will work from our Hyderabad office in full US shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST), with complete infrastructure and operational support. Responsibilities · Update and manage website content using CMS platforms (WordPress/Webflow). · Maintain CRM (HubSpot) for contact segmentation, tagging, and hygiene. · Create branded visuals, social media creatives, and decks using Canva and PowerPoint. · Schedule social media content, primarily on LinkedIn. · Support email campaigns via HubSpot – uploading lists, setting tags, and basic workflows. · Track and complete weekly tasks using Trello, ClickUp, or Asana. · Maintain brand consistency across all output and collaborate directly with the US client team. · Take ownership of deliverables, manage timelines, and communicate proactively. Required Skills & Attributes · 5 to 8 years of proven marketing coordination or digital marketing execution experience. · Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM and CMS tools (WordPress/Webflow). · Skilled in Canva, PowerPoint, and basic creative tools. · Familiarity with content scheduling, LinkedIn posting, and CRM-based campaign readiness. · Excellent spoken and written English communication — must be client-ready. · Ability to manage workload independently and operate with minimal supervision. · Process-oriented with high accountability and attention to detail. We are looking for a sharp, experienced Property Management Accounting Team Member with a strong understanding of accounting, financial analysis, and property management processes. This position requires US Accounting experience within the property management industry. You should be an initiative-taker, motivated, with good communication skills and a positive, flexible approach to problem-solving. The applicant should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate effectively with both offshore and onshore teams. What We Are Looking For: · Perform day-to-day accounting functions including Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Journal Entries. · Maintain general ledger, post transactions, and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. · Prepare and review Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow) in compliance with US GAAP. · Reconcile discrepancies in accounts, including tenant payment histories, vendor invoices, and property-related expenses. · Ensure all property-related transactions are recorded accurately, including maintenance costs, taxes, insurance, and other operational expenses. · Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including variance analysis for budget versus actual performance. · Provide financial performance metrics such as Net Operating Income (NOI), Cap Rate, and ROI to support management decision-making. · Support the preparation of property tax filings, vendor 1099 forms, and other compliance-related documentation. · Assist in the preparation of property budgets and financial forecasts. · Work closely with US counterparts to understand existing processes and identify improvement opportunities. · Assist with cash flow forecasting, ensuring sufficient liquidity for property operations and debt servicing. · Reconcile and clear any unreconciled transactions in various accounts. · Support the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding cash deposits and undeposited funds. · Collaborate with property managers and financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Basic Qualifications: · Should be a Commerce Graduate. · Strong understanding of US Accounting principles, including US GAAP, property tax regulations, and IRS filing requirements. · Minimum 2-8 years of experience in property management accounting or real estate accounting. · Experience in handling property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI Software) will be preferred. · Proficiency in General Ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing processes. · Strong experience with bank reconciliations, AR/AP reconciliation, and financial reporting. · Experience in preparing financial statements, variance analysis, and budgeting. · Should have excellent communication skills and client interaction experience, especially working with US-based teams. · Strong willingness to learn and grow in the property management accounting field. · Should be willing to work in US shifts to coordinate with onshore teams. · Can join immediately. · Should work from office.
