Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages including coffee and tea, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and handling cash transactions. Additionally, the Barista will interact with customers to ensure a pleasant experience and assist with food preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Barista and Food Preparation tasks
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
