Project Consultant – MAP & Hot-Sealed Sweets Packaging

Our packaging machinery is already installed but has remained unused. We’re now looking for a hands-on, technically sound consultant to activate the setup and execute initial production trials.

Scope of Work:

• Commission and calibrate our existing MAP tray sealing machine
• Operate and optimize the hot sealing process for Rasgulla cans
• Finalize sealing parameters (temperature, dwell time, gas mix)
• Run pilot batches for 2–3 SKUs
• Train the in-house team and hand over basic SOPs
• Begin shelf-life monitoring process

Ideal Consultant:

• Hands-on experience with MAP packaging and hot sealing in sweets/FMCG/dairy
• Experience in the sweets & snacks industry
• Knowledge of gas flushing, food-safe films, sealing parameters
• Available to work on-site in Kolkata for approximtely two weeks
• Focused on execution and result delivery
