We are looking to engage a freelance or consulting chef (preferably ex-5-star hotel background) for a short-term training project at our kitchen in Kolkata . 👨‍🍳 Scope of Work: Demonstrate and train our kitchen staff on 10–15 selected Indian & Continental recipes Help in documenting SOPs and standardizing processes Guide our chefs on techniques, consistency, and execution quality ✅ Ideal Profile: Experience in premium hotels (Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Marriott, etc.) Comfortable in on-ground training and recipe standardization Available for a 3–5 day on-site engagement Based in Kolkata only.
