Job Title: Barista / Senior Barista Location: spillhouse 1st floor Aipl Joy Central, Sector 65, Gurugram, Haryana 122002 Working Hours: 9 hours/day (includes 30-45 minute break) Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month Experience: 1-5 years in a coffee shop/restaurant Preferred Past Employers: McDonald's, Starbucks, Blue Tokai, Domino's, CCD, McCafe, or similar Job Description: About Us: spillhouse is a specialty coffee hub and community space. We host events like live music, workshops, and more, creating a unique coffee experience for our patrons. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe. Handle cash transactions accurately. Assist with inventory management. Educate customers about our coffee and menu. Train and mentor junior baristas. Participate in cafe events and promotions. Requirements: 1-5 years of experience in a coffee shop/restaurant. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
